Ingredients of Sailana Junglee Murgh
- 5-6 Red chillies
- 4-5 Garlic cloves , chopped
- 4-6 Large Chicken, large
- 8 Tbsp Ghee
- Salt
How to Make Sailana Junglee Murgh

Soak the chillies for 4-5 hours in warm water. Drain the water from the chillies and deseed two.

Put the chicken in a bowl and rub with 1 teaspoon heaped salt. Rest for 5-10 minutes.

Put the chicken in a pot, add the chillies and 5 Tbsp ghee. Poach on low flame for half an hour. Add another 4 tbsp ghee and garlic. Let simmer, uncovered, for an hour and half.

Serve hot with the flavored ghee.
