About Sailana Junglee Murgh Recipe: Right from the Sailana region of Marwar, here is a fiery dish that is easy and too delicious to resist! All you need is chicken, red chillies, garlic and lots of ghee, a hassle free dish with minimal ingredients!
Ingredients of Sailana Junglee Murgh
5-6 Red chillies
4-5 Garlic cloves , chopped
4-6 Large Chicken, large
8 Tbsp Ghee
Salt
How to Make Sailana Junglee Murgh
1.Soak the chillies for 4-5 hours in warm water. Drain the water from the chillies and deseed two.
2.Put the chicken in a bowl and rub with 1 teaspoon heaped salt. Rest for 5-10 minutes.
3.Put the chicken in a pot, add the chillies and 5 Tbsp ghee. Poach on low flame for half an hour. Add another 4 tbsp ghee and garlic. Let simmer, uncovered, for an hour and half.
4.Serve hot with the flavored ghee.
