A smooth soup made with yogurt, a little flour and some boiled rice. Tempered with the freshness of mint. This Turkish yogurt soup is also known as 'Yayla Çorbas'.

Ingredients of Turkish Yogurt Soup
- 1 cup yogurt
 - 3 Tbsp flour
 - 1 egg
 - Rock salt, to taste
 - Salt, to taste
 - 2 cups water
 - 1 Tbsp boiled rice
 - 1 tsp olive oil
 - 1 Tbsp chopped dry red bell pepper
 - A few fresh and dry mint leaves
 
How to Make Turkish Yogurt Soup

Take a bowl and mix in flour, yogurt, salt, rock salt, egg and a little water. Keep aside.

In a pan boil 2 cups of water and add the boiled rice. Pour in the yogurt mixture, stirring constantly to avoid any lumps.
For tempering:
1.
Saute dry red bell pepper, fresh mint leaves and dry mint leaves in a tsp of olive oil.

Pour the tempering over the soup and serve.
