So, what do you do when you want to gobble down all those lip-smacking delicious sweets but are feeling guilty about it? Well, here's guilt-free sweet recipe for you. Fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has shared an easy-peasy recipe of “guilt-free dessert” on Instagram. Yasmin captioned the post, “Enjoy this guilt-free treat and share it with your friends and family.”

Yasmin used the following ingredients to make the guilt-free dessert:

1) Coconut yoghurt

2) Walnuts

3) Cranberries

4) Almonds

5) Pumpkin seeds

6) Dark chocolate chips

Here's how Yasmin made the guilt-free dessert:

1) Evenly spread the coconut yogurt on a plate.

2) Sprinkle walnuts, cranberries, almonds, pumpkin seeds, and dark chocolate chips as per your liking.

3) Freeze for few hours until it sets, and then relish the delicious and guilt-free dessert.

Yasmin does have some amazing ideas for guilt-free desserts for her followers. Earlier, she had shared a chocolate recipe in one of her Instagram videos, where Yasmin introduced her followers to a healthy chocolate chip peanut butter brownie.

For this, Yasmin used chickpeas, peanut butter, jaggery syrup, almond flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder and grind them together. She then added chocolate chips to the batter. Finally, baked the brownie. It looked delicious. Read more about it here.

Yasmin's 5-minute coffee cookie was enough to interest coffee lovers and basically, everyone who doesn't want to spend much time in the kitchen. For this, she took egg yolk, peanut butter and jaggery syrup in a bowl, mixed them well. Added cacao powder to the mixture, sprinkled some chocolate chips.
