As the cheesecake has gained popularity, you might have had different flavours in it. But you might not have heard about cucumber cheesecake! You may feel that cucumber and cheesecake is a strange combination that possibly can't work. But this recipe may surprise you in many ways.
Here Is The Recipe For Cucumber Cheesecake:
To make this, you would require crushed salted biscuits, lemon rind, butter, pepper, cheese, curd, castor sugar, eggs, lemon juice, mint, whipped cream, garlic, salt and cucumber.
First, mix the crushed biscuits, butter, lemon rind and cheese. Season and set it in a flan dish. Then mix the cucumber and hung curd together until it forms a smooth consistency.
Add the egg yolks, sugar, lemon rind, gelatin, garlic, mint and whipped cream. Season them well. Pour this mix over the biscuit base and set in the fridge for 6-8 hours. Lastly, garnish with mint and enjoy!
