You just have to cook tomato gravy with ginger, garlic and chilli. Add paneer, kasoori methi, red chilli powder and salt. Finally, top with cream and serve it with a blob of butter.

Here's the step-by-step recipe of paneer makhani:


PREP TIME: 10 minutes COOK TIME: 20 minutes SERVES: 2

Ingredients:

250 gm paneer
2 tbsp ginger garlic minced
1 tsp chilly chopped
1 cup tomato gravy
1 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp butter
Salt to taste

Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add minced ginger garlic and chopped chilli.
2. Add the tomato gravy and cook for 4-5 mins.
3. Add the paneer and stir well.
4. Add the kasoori methi, red chilli powder and salt.
5. Finish off with the cream and butter.
