Detox Water For Healthy Body, Hair And Skin: 

Fennel Seeds (Saunf) Water: This drink is anti-inflammatory in nature; it helps improve digestion system and prevents issues like acidity.

Basil Seeds (Tulsi Beej) Water: This drink also wards off constipation, acidity and heart burn. It has a cooling effect on the body.

How To Make Seeds Water: 

Take one tsp of either fennel seeds or basil seeds, toss them in a glass and top it with water. Stir well and let the nutrients of the seeds seep into the water overnight. Have it the next morning right after waking up, on an empty stomach.
