To make this fish pulao, you would need some soaked rice, fish (preferably bone-less), curd, onion, oil, cream, coriander leaves, coriander powder, salt, green chillies, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste. The recipe involved marinating the fish first which ensures all the spices are soaked in by the fish chunks.

How To Make Fish Pulao | Fish Pulao Recipe:

1. Take fish in a large mixing bowl, add salt, followed by red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, curd and cream. 
2. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil, add cumin seeds let is splutter.
4. Add green chillies. Sautee  a bit.
5. Now add onions and sautee again. Wait till onions turn slightly translucent.
6. Add the marinated fish and cook for 10 minutes. 
7. Sprinkle some garam masala, coriander leaves and rice.
8. Add water and cook well, till rice is done. 
9. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
