To make this snack, first, mix gram flour, maida, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt in a bowl. Now gradually add water until well combined and let it rest for some time. Make sure that the batter should not be runny. 

Next, mix all the dry spices with the chicken mince and marinate well.  Add lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste. In a pan, add chopped onions and cook until light brown. Now, add the marinated chicken mince. Cover and cook on low flame until the water dries out.

Fill the de-seeded green chillies with the prepared filling. Dip in the gram flour batter and deep fry till golden and crisp. Serve with green chutney.
