To prepare this instant recipe, you just need six ingredients in total. Roasted makhana, pressed rice, semolina, curd, fruit salt and salt. That's all you require to prepare this yummy treat.

Now to start with the recipe, take a bowl, add makhana, rava, poha, curd, a cup of water, and salt to taste. Mix well and keep aside for a few minutes.

Blend this mixture with 1/2 cup of water. Do not add too much water; otherwise, the batter will stick to the pan.

Heat a non-stick tawa, add oil and pour 2 tiny bowls of batter and spread it using a ladle. Cook from both sides. Add in the mixture. Your dosa is ready.
