Mushroom Matar Masala Recipe: How To Make Mushroom Matar Masala

  • To begin with the recipe, you first need to make the stock. Take a pot, add mushroom steam, butter, and saute it for a few minutes.
  • Once done, add the spices like black pepper powder, coriander seeds, green cardamom, water and boil it for 5-10 minutes. Add curd and mix again. Cover and give it a boil.
  • Now for mushroom matar, take a kadhai, add butter, garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies and saute until the mixture becomes flavourful.
  • After this, add more butter, onion, and sauté them together for a minute. Add raisins, haldi, degi red chilli powder, coriander powder, and sauté again for 2-3 minutes.
