To begin with, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, a pinch of heeng, and let them splutter for a few seconds.

Once done, add slit green chillies, chopped ginger and garlic, and saute for 10-20 seconds. Now, add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, and wait until the tomatoes turn mushy. After that, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to taste, and mix well.

Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. After 5 minutes, add sev, lemon drops, and mix again. Cook for 20 seconds. Take it out in a bowl and sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on the top. Voila, your quick and easy lunch is ready!
