Cook on simmer for five minutes. Add salt, water, and curd. Mix well. Add the mangoes and let them simmer for five minutes. For the tadka, heat some oil. Add the red chilies, mustard seeds, and curry leaves. Pour the tadka over the mango curry and serve hot.
