Not only does she follow a regular exercise routine, but she also indulges in the 'sinful' delicacies that people deem unhealthy. She is one celebrity who has managed to find the balance between food and health, allowing her to eat anything she wants! Malaika Arora shatters the myth that being fit requires eating only salads and soups, and we can see it from all her meals that she shows to her 15.2 million followers on Instagram. Malaika Arora's thali was all about comfort and health. The thali had nine bowls filled with different delicious dishes. We could spot two different types of dals - it seems to be arhar and kali masoor. For sabzis, we can see palak paneer and aloo ki sabzi, two vegetables that are quite popular in Indian households all over the world. The thali also came with various side dishes, like an assortment of chutneys, two raitas, cucumbers, carrots and whole green chillies. To complete the meal, the sabzis and dals were accompanied by freshly steamed white rice and bajre ki roti.

She gave a glimpse of another meal she enjoyed and it was giving full 'ghar ka khana' vibes. We could see methi aloo ki sabzi, dal, pickle and mixed vegetables. Take a look:
