How To Make Sweet Potato Tikki | Shakarkandi Tikki recipe:

The recipe for this tikki is very easy. Stary by roasting sweet potatoes in the oven till they are cooked through and soft. Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Add ginger-garlic paste, kuttu atta, chaat masala, dry mango powder (amchur powder), cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala and rock salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix till the ingredients have completely combined. Take a scoop of batter and shape it into a tikki. Pan-fry the tikki till it brown from both sides. The sweet potato tikki is ready!
