Here's How To Make Oats Manchurian | Oats Manchurian Recipe

To begin with, the recipe, take a bowl and add in the vegetables, oats flour and a little bit of rice flour with seasonings. Make small bowls by using this batter. (Remember: The batter should be smooth and soft enough so that the balls do not fall apart while baking or roasting).

Take an idli/appe pan or a baking tray, place these balls on top of it and bake it for 5-6 minutes and keep rotating in the middle until golden brown.

Then heat a little bit of oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic paste along with all the chopped veggies, sauté for some time. Then add sauces along with salt and pepper, and cook everything well for 2-3 minutes.

The final step is to add baked Manchurian balls into the mixture and simmer it for 5 minutes. Add water if required or if you want a little more gravy.
