Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh grated coconut
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Anardana
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tsp chopped Green Chilli
  • 2 tsp chopped Ginger
  • Curry leaves - a spring
  • Sendha Namak - to taste

Method:

Add all the ingredients to the blender. Mix until smooth. Serve fresh!
