Travelling and snacking goes hand-in-hand, wouldn't you agree?! Every time we plan to travel, whether it is by train, car or flight, we always end up packing a bunch of snacks and treats for the journey. However, when we have to fly somewhere, we have to carefully think about what to pack! Flights have many restrictions regarding what we can carry in the cabin and what we can put in cargo and it can get a little too confusing. Many times, we end up placing our snacks in our cabin packages, and at times they get thrown away during security checks. We are heartbroken to see our favourite snacks go down the dustbin, but we end up with no option but to do so. But, one man had something else on his mind.

Himanshu Devgan, an Indian, was travelling through the Phuket airport (Thailand) carrying gulab jamuns. When he was clearing security, he was asked to throw away the tin filled with gulab jamuns. The man didn't wish to discard the gulab jamuns, so rather than throwing them away and letting them go to waste, he decided to share them with the staff of Phuket airport! Yes, you read it right! After trying the gulab jamuns, the staff were so elated that some members even went for a second serving. This adorable moment is a great example of how food has the power to unite people from all over the world, despite what country they belong to.
