Be it French fries, nuggets or chips, potato snacks are loved by people of all ages. They are quick to make, easily accessible and taste as good on their own as they do when served as a side dish. Growing up in India, we have had the chance of savouring desi version of many famous international potato chips flavours and we have loved each one of those customisations. However, after you are done munching on your favourite masaledaar potato chips, what do you do next? Throw away the wrappers in the trash, right? A recent video uploaded on Instagram shows us a different use for these potato chips wrappers and we are frankly confused if this is too genius or bizarre to be true. Take a look:
The video was uploaded by an entertainment website that promotes women-centric content by the name 'BeBadass.in'. The original video has been posted by 'Mae.co.in' that is a slow fashion brand. The video has garnered 131k views and 5500 likes. The comments left on the video are divided between people who love the idea of this chips packet saree and others who hate it.

Some of the comments left on the video that were in support of this particular chips flavour along with the saree were "Saari ho toh aisi ho warna na ho" (Either wear a saree like this or don't wear it at all), "we all wanna look like a snack", "Omygod" and "LOVE".
Viewers who were in disapproval of the outfit left comments like "Dislike", "As an ardent saree lover and an artist, I feel absolutely repulsed seeing this. People indulge in all sorts of tomfoolery in the name of art these days." and "Nope, I am team Orange Lays"
