In the video, we see the vendor start by adding boiled potatoes, onions, murmure, liquid cheese, meetha pani, yogurt, more liquid cheese and then garnished it with onions, coriander, chaat masala, grated red radish and grated cheese. This dish is called tandoori double cheese gol gappa. According to the video, one tandoori cheese gol gappa weighs about 100 grams.
