Beware; the beloved gol gappa was not left alone. A street vendor in Indore took a step further by making a cheese-filled gol gappa. In the video, we see the vendor start by adding boiled potatoes, onions, murmure, liquid cheese, meetha pani, yogurt, more liquid cheese and then garnished it with onions, coriander, chaat masala, grated red radish and grated cheese. This dish is called tandoori double cheese gol gappa. According to the video, one tandoori cheese gol gappa weighs about 100 grams. Certain people were not pleased to see cheese being added to gol gappa, one viewer commented "Gol gappe ko gol gappa rehne do please.. Har cheez me CHEESE nahi fit hoti..".
