You would need some boiled noodles, chopped cabbage, chopped onions, chopped carrots, chopped capsicum, chopped garlic, corn flour, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and that's about it. All of these are easily available ingredients, and most of them even perpetually present in our kitchens.

To make this chunky treat, you would have to make a slurry of soy sauce, salt, sugar, corn flour, vinegar and water. Fry the noodles until brown and crisp in another pan. Take it out. Stir-fry other vegetables until cooked and mix it with the slurry. Mix it well. Cook until it thickens.
