We are all familiar with the popular desi snack aloo chops! It is the perfect combination between pakoda and aloo tikki as the flavourful potato masala is shaped into tikki and then coated in pakoda's besan batter. Aloo chops are very similar to Maharashtrian batata vada and the South Indian aloo bonda.
