Palak, also known as spinach, is one versatile winter vegetable. Loaded with multiple health benefits, spinach is known to be for being rich in iron, vitamin B, vitamin E and minerals like calcium, magnesium and potassium. These benefits make it an excellent vegetable to add to our diet.

Palak Paratha Recipe: How To Make Palak Paratha For Breakfast

You'll need to start by blanching spinach. For that, boil the spinach and then immediately place it in ice water for 20-30 seconds, drain the water from the spinach. This process of blanching helps preserve the bright green colour of the spinach.

Next, take blanched spinach, garlic cloves, green chillies and grind them in a smooth paste. Now, we shall knead the dough of the paratha. Start by taking atta, maida, spinach puree and oil, gently mix it till it starts taking shape. Now start kneading the dough with your hands using water. Once the dough is ready, roll it in the shape of paratha and cook on a tawa. The palak paratha is ready!
