We found a unique matar-based recipe that can be a great addition to your food regime this winter season. It is a simple pancake, a healthier variation to the much-popular matar paratha. Shared by vlogger Parul Jain on her YouTube channel 'Cook with Parul', this recipe includes fresh green peas, sooji, bread crumbs, curd, ginger, garlic and a host of kitchen spices.

How To Make Matar Pancake:

Step 1. Boil the green peas and coarsely grind them with green chilies and garlic cloves. The coarse texture will help make the pancake crispy.

Step 2. Add the coarse mixture in a bowl of bread crumbs and throw in some capsicum, onion and coriander leaves in it. You may add more vegetables as per your choice.

Step 3. Add spices like red chilli powder, chilli flakes, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala (or amchoor powder) and sooji to the bowl.
