How To Make North Indian Chicken Bhuna Masala At Home:

To make this dish, we need leg pieces of chicken, dahi, whole red chilli, bay leaf, coriander, vinegar, cardamom, garlic, mustard seeds, cinnamon sticks, cumin, coriander, turmeric powder and salt.

Heat some oil in a pan and add bay leaf, cumin, mustard seeds, cinnamon sticks, coriander seeds, cardamom, garlic and whole red chilli. Fry everything together and cool them down. Transfer in a grinding jar and grind well.

Now marinate the chicken with the masala paste and let it rest for an hour. Add that chicken in the pan and coo well. Add turmeric powder and stir fry for 10 minutes. Then add salt and vinegar and mix everything together. Add dahi and cook until the chicken turns soft.

Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or paratha.
