It appears celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has reserved her Sundays for binge eating her favourite foods and the weekdays to get back into shape. This Sunday, Yasmin indulged herself by giving a healthy twist to her chocolate lava baked oats. The fitness trainer said that she has prepared the recipe with ingredients that are easily available in all Indian kitchens. “Bake the world a better place,” Yasmin said in the caption of her Instagram post. It accompanied a video tutorial on how to make the mouth-watering dish. Don't procrastinate and try this recipe now.

All you need is banana (mashed), oat flour, maple syrup, desiccated coconut, baking powder, pinch of salt, 90 ml almond milk. Once you are ready with the ingredients, you need to do this, according to Ms Karachiwala.

1.For Chocolate Lava Filling – mix coconut yoghurt and cocoa powder

2.Heat oven to 180C while you prepare the mixture to bake

3.In a bowl, add mashed banana, oat flour, maple syrup, desiccated coconut, salt, baking powder and almond milk.

4.Stir the mixture well, leaving minimum to no lumps

5.Transfer batter to a baking bowl, add chocolate lava filling, cover with remaining batter.

6.Bake for 20-25 minutes
