According to Shikha Gupta, "This is a sample meal plan to detox liver. The requirements will vary person to person as per the symptoms and need." She also suggests avoiding counting calories and macro-nutrients in the plan as it is just a sample, given as the best tolerance to majority people.

Complete Guide To A Liver-Healthy Diet | Step-By-Step Guide To A Fatty Liver Diet:

Step 1. Start your day with 1tsp melted coconut oil or ghee.

Step 2. For breakfast, have two whole eggs, sauted veggies and berries. You can also replace the sauted veggies with 3tbsp chia seeds with almond milk.

Step 3. Have a handful of nuts, sometime after breakfast and before lunch.

Step 4. For lunch, have 1 cup sauted French breans or green salad, with 30gm kodo millet or white rice. Add 100gm of chicken, fish or dal alongside.

Step 5. Snack on 100gm of coconut chunks or 100gm Greek yogurt with 1-2tbsp flaxseeds in the evening.

Step 6. Finally, end your day with 1 bowl sauted veggies, with chicken-almond soup or vegetable soup, paired with 100gm of sauted paneer.
