First, add coriander leaves, fenugreek seeds, green chillies, mint, cashew nuts, and curd in a blender. Blend to form a paste. Now marinate this paste on the chicken pieces. Add some oil, bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and garlic, and mix in a pan. Then add chopped onions to it. When the onions are done, then add the marinated chicken. Let it cook for a while. Now throw in garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder and pepper. Combine it with some water and let it come to a boil. Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
