In the clip, it was demonstrated how to reheat leftover pizza and make it as good as the freshly-baked version. First, a pan was heated on top of an induction cooktop. The pizza was placed inside the pan. Then, a splash of water was added into the pan. Thanks to the heated pan, the water instantly started to evaporate and created some steam in it. A lid was used to cover the pizza pan. A minute later, the pizza looked ready to eat! The crust was still crisp and the cheese had actually melted again.
