Once the colourful creation is ready, he cuts it into a square shape. Next, he takes a sheet of pasta and tops it with a mixture of mascarpone, feta cheese, and spinach. After sealing the mixture between both sheets, he cuts it, boils it, and cooks it in a buttery mix. Once ready, he relishes the dish using a fork and knife.
