When we are finally up after a deep sleep and need something filling and nutritious then it is the scrumptious omelette which comes to our rescue. It is undoubtedly the most convenient dish to make where you just need to crack open some eggs, throw in some vegetables, sprinkle some spices and your meal is ready. Omelette is a go-to breakfast for many especially those fitness freaks focusing on their protein intake. Now talking of fitness and cooking, we just can't forget to mention Nargis Fakhri. We all know she never fails to impress us with her cooking skills and determination to stay in shape. This time too, the actor has shared how she replenishes her energy levels after a gruelling gym session.

In an Instagram story, we could see Nargis cooking her delicious “Nargu omelette” for breakfast with loads of vegetables. Take a look:

Wait, wait! Omelette isn't the only food that has helped Nargis gain and maintain a toned physique. We also saw her gulping down her green juice, which according to her is good for health and keeps the skin glowing.

Wondering what is in that green juice? Don't worry as Nargis Fakhri was kind enough to share the recipe with us. The actor listed the ingredients that go in her juice which include kale, spinach, celery, ginger, and two lemons. Nargis also advised drinking the juice every day like her as it is “really good for your health”. Not just this, but she also gave us a tip to make the juice healthier. According to Nargis, you should make the juice in a blender rather than a juicer. This, she said, will make sure that the fibre isn't lost and remains in the juice. “Fibre is amazing for you because it helps with weight loss,” she said adding that the juice keeps the skin clear and glowing.
