Malaika Arora took to Instagram to share a story featuring one of her recent meals that comprised classic Maharashtrian varan bhaat, aloo and lonche. In the caption, she wrote, "Varan+Bhaat+Aloo+Lonche=Foodgasam." She also wrote "U Masterchef" and tagged her friend Mallika Bhat in the picture. This traditional homemade meal screams comfort. For the unversed, varan stands for Maharashtrian toor dal and bhat stands for rice. This traditional dal recipe is made using grated coconut, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, onion and more.
