The month of July has begun, bringing with it the monsoon showers and many festivities and celebrations. However, this also means that half of the year 2022 has already passed us! We are now in the second half of 2022, and this was quite a shock for many people online. The feeling that the time has passed so quickly is yet to sink in. The realisation dawned upon Twitter users after food aggregator application Zomato posted the same on their Twitter handle. They prompted foodies to compare the half-year 2022 with a dish. "If the first half of 2022 was a dish, what would it be," they asked on Twitter. Take a look:

A lot of foodies poured in their comments to Zomato's prompt. Many people used hilarious comparisons to describe how the first half of 2022 had been for them. "Red velvet cake - looks delicious tastes terrible," commented one user. "[I] Can compare certain moments to Gulab jamun but the conclusion is always raita," laughed another one.
