The video, shared by the Chinese street food page on Instagram, began by showing a person filling momo dough with live worms. It was then sealed and cooked. The final result was a set of well-cooked momos that were opened and displayed in front of the camera, offering a glimpse of the unusual filling consisting of cooked worms.

Although the video received over 151k views, the comments section was filled with criticism and disapproval.
