In her recent post, celebrity nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar gave a shoutout to yet another desi wonder-a tall glass of Haldi doodh. Milk mixed with some spices or nuts has been one of India's humble nightcaps since forever. It is also given to a person who is healing from some kind injury. Turns out that the concoction of milk, haldi, saffron and some nuts could also help you with a bevy of other problems too.
