Maggi is not a dish, it's an emotion. Don't we all have our Maggi stories, some of which are extraordinarily evocative and always end up bringing back memories of the past? Maggi can be prepared in various ways. Usually, people prefer taking the classic route of making a steaming bowl of Maggi, but many have their distinctive recipe or way of preparing it. While some add vegetables and cheese to the preparation, others tweak the cooking process. But the end result is always common - a delicious bowl of Maggi! In a viral post, a Twitter user has called out people who add masala to the water, before adding the Maggi. Sharing a picture that featured a utensil with Maggi masala powder mixed with water, she wrote, “Who ** adds masala to water before adding Maggi bro?”
In a follow-up tweet, the user stated that if the water is not measured it will turn into a soupy Maggi. “Apparently so many people cook it this way??? That's so weird. What if the water you measured is a lot??? Eww soupy Maggi,” her tweet read.
Reacting to the tweet, one of the users asked, “Don't you get lumps of the masala if you add it later???”
“That's the right way brother.”

Explaining the reason why masala is added first, a user mentioned how the masala gets evenly distributed if added before Maggi. “Me. Then the masala is evenly distributed. Else it tends to sit in the grooves of the noodles. Also, the vegetable pieces take longer to cook,” she wrote.
“Me coz that masala is pre-packaged and needs to be cooked a little again, you should give it a try and add water thoda saa not bohut zyada... if you like it well and good if not then continue the same way you like it,” another explained.
“All of them who knows to cook tasty Maggie…,” read a tweet.
