A food blogger from Vadodara shared a video of a unique food cart selling this fancy breakfast, and now it's trending all over Instagram.

In this video, we can see how avocado toast is made at this super clean and hygienic street-style stall. The cook takes proper precautions, wearing an apron, gloves, and a hair net. The process starts with cutting an avocado in half and scooping it out into a bowl. Then, he adds black salt, freshly squeezed lemon, chopped tomatoes, onions, and green chillies. Using a masher, he blends everything together. After that, he toasts slices of bread on a griddle until they're nicely browned. Once toasted, he spreads the prepared avocado mixture on top. To finish it off, he adds sliced avocado, a sprinkle of chilli flakes, and oregano before serving. Take a look at the video below:
