With sauces like marinara, alfredo, pesto, Bolognese, and others, pasta holds a special place in the hearts of food enthusiasts. However, in today's age of culinary experimentation, we often encounter bizarre fusions like Ferrero Rocher pasta, biryani pasta, and even sushi pasta. The latest addition to this trend is buttermilk pasta. Yes, you read that right. A video circulating on Instagram showcases the preparation of this dish, prompting original pasta lovers to express their disgust in the comments section after viewing the video.

The video starts with the vendor adding pasta and water to a wok. Then, buttermilk and various spices like Maggi masala and red chilli powder are added. Grated cheese is then mixed into the concoction while stirring it thoroughly. Another masala is added on top of the dish. Once the desired consistency is achieved, the pasta is served in a bowl.

Although the video clocked 135K views, the foodie community is clearly not happy with the creation.
