Potato chips are a classic snack. It is always the best binge-watching companion and equally easy to make. But for artist Brock Davis, a potato chip serves as a medium to “create a lenticular effect”. ICYDK, a lenticular effect combines one or more different pictures that alter between each other when the print's observational angle changes. Seems like Brock Davis tried the trick and succeeded in the venture using one ruffle chip.  Sharing the lenticular effect results on Instagram, Brock Davis wrote, “Recently, while staring far too long at a potato chip, it occurred to me that the ridges could possibly be used to create a lenticular effect. So I got out some chip dip (and the smallest paint brush I have) to test it out.” His first “2-frame illustration” was a bird drawing. The object was painted in such a way that when the creator swayed the chip sideways, it looked like the bird was in motion, flapping its wings.

Brock Davis' second illustration was a little biased towards sports lovers. It was a picture of a football and a basketball. Similarly, when Davis oscillated the potato chip sideways, two distinct images of both the ball games were up on display.
