Butter Chicken is a Punjabi-style chicken gravy dish that remains a popular favourite not just in Punjab and other neighbouring states, but has clearly also won the hearts of foodies from all over the world. Case in point: This two-year-old toddler from Canada is the most adorable Butter Chicken fan you will ever see. In a now-viral Instagram video posted by the child's mother, you can see the toddler in his crib, all set to sleep. However, sleep is not on the child's mind. So, what is the little one thinking about? Butter Chicken!
In the clip, which seems to be a recording from a Babycam, we can hear the toddler singing in a lullaby fashion, "Butter chicken. Butter chicken. Butter chicken yum yum... it's so yummy. Butter chicken. Butter chicken. I love butter, I love butter chicken. It's so yummy."
The caption read, "Some kids sing nursery rhymes to fall asleep. My 2-year-old (27 months to be exact) makes up songs about butter chicken." The video has gone viral on Instagram, with 4.9 million views so far. Check out how viewers are reacting to this video:
