Add oil to a pan and red chilli flakes, garlic, cinnamon, cloves, and smoked paprika. Once all the ingredients have been added, ignite the flame and set it to the lowest heat. Allow everything to simmer over low heat until the garlic begins to turn golden. Now, add some butter and toss it in with spaghetti! Your plate of aglio-olio is ready!
