Ingredients of Aloo ka Bharta

  • 250 gm boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • Chopped green chillies to taste
  • 2 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp mustard oil

How to Make Aloo ka Bharta

Mix all the ingredients, reserving some coriander leaves for garnish.

Transfer on to a serving bowl, garnish with the coriander leaves and serve (cold or at room temperature).
