This trend has been decried many a times and by multiple chefs and celebrities. However, food fads are nowhere close to disappearing. Avocado is one such food that has ridden the 'trendy foods' wave and has become a millennial favorite all around the world.Millennials are apparently putting avocados in everything, from toasts to milkshakes and smoothies, ice-creams, sauces and even vegan sushis!
