In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the ghee and add cumin seeds. Toss in the onions and cook them. Now add the ground paste and continue to sauté. Turn up the heat, add the chicken pieces, and stir-fry. Add the salt, turmeric, green chillies, garam masala, coriander powder, and chilli powder. When the chicken is tender, cover the pot and simmer it for 15 to 20 minutes with two cups of water and the milk. Then take it out and serve!
