The man, named Avinash, had completed his B.Com honours in the year 2019 and he had worked at McDonald's for over three years, where he got the inspiration to start a food business. But he wasn't sure how he would be starting it. After being unemployed for the past 3 months, he realized that he had no money and decided to start a food business on his bike. He credited the idea of selling idli sambhar to his wife, who is from Chennai and knows how to cook South Indian food. It is his wife who prepares the idli sambhar he sells on the bike. The man also shared how his father passed away last year, and his wife, mother and brother are dependent on him.
