To begin with the recipe, clean the boneless chicken pieces into small bite-sized cubes. Now, marinate the pieces with ingredients like gram flour (besan), refined flour, cornflour, red chilli powder, salt and black pepper. Mix everything well and coat the chicken pieces properly. Set aside for some time.
