Shared by vlogger Alpa Modi on her YouTube channel 'Something's Cooking With Alpa', fried milk is basically a Spanish dessert recipe (called Lecha Frita) in which the milk is mixed with cornflour and reduced to a thick batter-like consistency. The batter is then poured in a mould and kept in refrigerator (not freezer) till it sets and gets a proper shape.

Now, all you have to do is to cut it into square shapes, dip in maida-sugar slurry and bread crumbs and fry till its golden brown in colour - just like you do to fry cheese balls. Serve with some powdered sugar on it.
