Here's The Step-By-Step Written Recipe Of Spicy Chicken Pickle:
Ingredients:
500-gram chicken, small bite-sized pieces
3 onions, finely chopped
100-gram garlic, minced
100-gram ginger, grated
1 cup red chilli powder
250 ml mustard oil
6 teaspoon salt
Half teaspoon coriander powder
2 teaspoon vinegar
Method:
Heat the mustard oil in a deep-base pan.
Fry the chicken pieces in batches, until they turn crispy. Transfer them to a bowl and keep aside.
In the same oil, add coriander powder, onion, ginger and fry everything together for 10 minutes.
Add garlic and salt and fry for 5 more minutes.
Now add the fried chicken pieces and mix everything together.
Pour the red chilli and turn off the flame immediately.
Give everything a good mix and add vinegar to it. Mix again.
And your bowl of spicy chicken pickle is ready to relish.
