To make this dish, first, add oil to a pan and heat it. Now, add mustard seeds and onions, and ginger-garlic paste. Cook this till the onions are soft and golden-brown. Now, add tomato puree, and cook it. Next, throw in masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, turmeric, garam masala and salt. Mix this well. Take boiled eggs, slit them from the middle and add them to the pan. Let all the flavours combine. Add a dash of coconut milk and let it boil. Once it is prepared, serve it in a bowl and enjoy!
